Hi everyone, it’s Wendy here. Growing up, I was always curious about the big wide world. During college at Georgetown, I took every chance to travel and explore. After graduating, I worked all sorts of jobs like interning abroad and for non-profits. It really opened my eyes to different cultures. But being a travel writer is my real passion! I love sharing stories from my trips. Living in DC is perfect since there’s always new places to discover nearby. But I travel far and wide too for work. Each adventure brings something new, even if the path isn’t always smooth.I want to inspire others to really experience places beyond tourism too. To engage with locals and understand each community. No matter where I go, that sense of discovery stays with me.
